How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can I change an order once it is placed ?
No, once you've placed an order, it is final.
Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
No, but setting up an account allows you to access your order and shipping information, as well as receive our latest offers and releases.
Do you offer returns?

What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
I am an international customer (outside Canada). Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order.
We advise you to check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
